Rental of equipment
Rent paddleboard equipment and take a trip on the water on your own. Rent between 1 – 4 hours. Get a short introduction on land and become ready for a fun experience.
Join an introclass and learn how to stand on a paddleboard. Through playful exercises and on land teaching of the different paddle techniques, you get a good start on your SUP adventure. Course duration is 2 hours.
Training for locals. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 17:00 throughout the summer season

Yoga on the water
Yoga on the water is something very special and now you have the opportunity to try SUP yoga. A mild and different form of yoga that gives you the opportunity to zoom in on your balance and awareness of the present.
Styrke på vandet
En sjov og anderledes form for styrketræning. På SUP fitness holdet fokuserer vi på styrketræning med egen kropsvægt og fyrer op for de store muskelgrupper. Forvent sved på panden og en sjov træning.
- Stand up Paddle is a wind-sensitive sport and especially in off-shore winds, we pay extra attention to the weather forecast.
- If we see that the wind is too strong for going on the water, courses are cancelled/rebooked and rentals are closed.
- You are always guaranteed a good, fun and safe experience with us
- If you are prevented from participating in the booked intro course, cancellation must be made at the latest 24 hours before the start of the course via email@example.com
- If you do not show up at least 15 minutes before your booking will be cancelled.
